If you downloaded the soundtrack before June 2008 or via torrent, you may want to download this. You can check by seeing if "2-19 Setup and Kart Select" is less than a minute long and seems to have volume glitches. That's because the person who recorded it set it to a higher volume than the maximum. This time I recorded all three parts of the music you hear throughout the menu screens and weaved them together, much like I do for most dynamic music tracks I encounter.
In addition, I managed to get the actual Mario Kart Wii Star music without any SFX by using all sorts of tricks. A lot of people were looking for such a thing for whatever reason, so I hope it was worth the effort. The rest of the tracks either have corrections or slight tweaks.
